Spent 4 nights in a Family Suite and enjoyed the spaciousness, especially with three single beds that worked great for our kids. The bathroom had been nicely renovated, and it was generally clean, which made our stay comfortable. We found the location perfect too, as it’s just a short stroll to places like Salamanca Place and the Maritime Museum. One thing that stood out was the minimal road noise, allowing for restful nights despite being close to the city center.

Bathroom lighting is too intense, making midnight visits unpleasant!!! Carpeting in the hall is worn and gives an unkempt impression.

Had a relaxing stay at Best Western. The restaurant served perfectly cooked steak, and the room was spacious with comfy beds. A bit of a downside was the breakfast buffet running low on food at times. Overall, a good experience!

Rooms were impeccably maintained and featured all necessary amenities. The ability to access the downtown area on foot for shopping and dining was a definite plus.

Some staff lacked efficiency in addressing minor maintenance issues, which detracted from the experience during my stay.

Decent stay with a few hiccups

Spent a couple nights here and it was pretty good for the price. The room was clean and had air-con, which was a lifesaver. Loved being able to walk to downtown in about 10 mins. Just a heads up, the elevator was kinda slow, and the parking fees added up quickly. The bar area had a nice vibe though, would recommend it!

Comfortable room, convenient location, with the added bonus of 24-hour reception and luggage storage, which made exploring so much easier during my stay.
